  1. Light Sheet Fluorescence Microscopy with 455nm Laser Adapter Diode at 45 degree angle Illumination or Super Resolution Microscopy by 455nm Laser Adapter Diode at 45 degree angle Illumination.

Abstract- Lattice light-sheet microscopy is a modified version of light sheet fluorescence microscopy that increases image acquisition speed while decreasing damage to cells caused by phototoxicity. This is achieved by using a structured light sheet to excite fluorescence in successive planes of a specimen, generating a time series of 3D images which can provide information about dynamic biological processes. Our Team stated that  goal is to combine work on microscopy to develop a “high-speed, high-resolution, low-impact tool that can look deep inside biological systems.” Penetration deeper than 20-100 μm may be achieved by combining lattice light-sheet microscopy with adaptive optics.

  2. Nanoparticle analyzed by high-resolution dark-field nanoscopy image by chromatic contrast enhancement at 660nm.

Abstract-The Super-resolution imaging in dark field nanoscopy at 660nm laser illumination become a the imaging acquisition techniques for single-molecular localization. High-resolution dark-field nanoscopy by chromatic contrast enhancement illumination system at 660nm that allows the condenser to provide the central background color exclusively while a special fiber optic illuminator in the stage provides a nearly horizontal oblique contribution of the contrasting color 360 degrees around the vertical light path. Gold nanoparticle visualised by beyond diffraction-limited spots on a dark background.
